I design how services behave, not just how they look. I’m also the reason the coffee menu changes at 11am.

Service problems are often convenience-versus-control problems. The work is knowing how much to decide for people and how much to leave in their hands. I aim for value and clarity, not cleverness. My process is tailored to each project, but is always underpinned by collaboration. I do my best work embedded with product, engineering, and data, arguing toward a shared decision. To say I’m user-focused is an understatement.
